Generate SoC (Program on Chip) mobile is a very complex process, available to a few. There’s Qualcomm with its Snapdragon, MediaTek and its Helio, Huawei with Kirin and Samsung with their Exynos. The next product you would like to try would be OPPO, according to various rumors from China.
According to sources gathered by MyDrivers, the CEO of OPPO would have sent an internal memo detailing program for developing its agents under the code name of the Mariana Plan. To date, the closest OPPO to making its fortunes was OPPO M1, a power rights holder.

According to these sources, on February 16 the OPPO boss introduced inside company employees his plan to build his own chipsets. The program gets the "Mariana Plan" name and the project would have been approved by OPPO TMG Technical Committee, built in October of last year.
The director of this committee, Chen Yan, is the director of the OPPO chip development platform and previously served as director of technology at Qualcomm. According to Chinese sources, they will have joined the technology firm Realme and OnePlus, OPPO's underground assets.
As if that weren't enough, during the Future Technology Conference at the end of last year, the OPPO Chief Executive announced the investment of 50 million yuan in research and development over the next three years, including the construction of its chips.
Of the chips in question, little is known yet. OPPO does not endorse and deny it, and MyDrivers has collected the company's response to these rumors, in which it describes "a strategy to make a good product, and any investment in research and development to improve competition and user experience." OPPO currently uses both MediaTek and Qualcomm in its processors.
