One of the best photo editing apps on the iPad is getting better. After a long wait the Pixelmator Pro has been updated today with many new features that open up a whole range of possibilities on the iPad.
With the iPadOS 13.4 Apple released what might have been a great upgrade for the iPad, mouse and trackpad support was realized and it was time for different apps to adapt their locations to suit each other. It didn't take a month for Pixelmator Pro to adapt this new installation and many other improvements, let's take a look.
Support for mouse and trackpad and Splitview is simply the tip of the iceberg
Although it took a while for Pixelmator to adapt to Splitview, with the theme of the trackpad they became more active and it is one of the best updated apps. We can now work with more than one application in a window together while editing our pictures and navigate the experience much more like we would have on a computer thanks to these two new features, but there is one more.
-
Military Color ML: We can now change the color tone of one image based on another thanks to machine learning.
-
New slides: Settings such as accessories or color intensity have new slides in this new update that will allow you to choose the size you want to use.
-
Settings based on your most recent revelation: Pixelmator will automatically build a setup starting based on your most recent improvements to make faster workflow.
-
Copy and paste settings: Finally we can copy and paste settings from one image to another, some of the most controversial issues finally coming to the app.
-
Share your photos directly from the Explorer app: You can now share your photos directly from the app without having to navigate.

In addition to these new features, like many upgrades there have been bug fixes and bugs that previous versions were suffering.
Pixelmator was one of the first to announce these new features, now it's time for some big photo editing companies like Photoshop or Lightroom to go and adapt their domains to achieve the perfect experience. As Apple itself says "this computer is not a computer".
