In the competitive gaming sector, Razer is one of the absolute benchmarks when it comes to peripherals; and in recent years it has also expanded, with mobile accessories such as the Razer Kishi Controller compatible with Android devices.

But if you’re a real gamer, especially if you come from other platforms, maybe what you’re really missing is a real mouse. You might think that with touchscreens this peripheral is no longer necessary, but in many games, like strategy games and first person shooters, it’s still the best.
Razer Wireless Gaming Mouse
Razer has just introduced what is probably the most complete solution for those looking for a wireless mouse: it’s the new Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, the wireless version of the wired Basilisk V3 released last year.
Indeed, the great difference of this Pro model is that it does not have cables, and this is where its great advantage lies; here we find no sacrifice in any of the sections that made the original model great. For example, we find the same optical “switches”, which use a laser to detect the pulsations instead of a mechanism, with the difference in speed that this implies.
It also uses the new Razer Focus Pro 30K optical sensor, for greater sensitivity when we really need it; although, as usual, we can switch between different levels just by pressing a button, configurable levels on a computer with the Razer Synapse application.
Of course, being a gaming mouse, RGB lighting could not be missing, in this case powered by Razer Chroma and therefore able to synchronize with the rest of our devices in its 13 lighting zones.
Another detail that I personally like very much is the inclusion of the HyperScroll tilting wheel, which allows us to switch between free and controlled rotation depending on the force with which we turn the wheel, something ideal for changes quick weapons and to browse documents quickly.
Of course, the particularity of this Basilisk V3 Pro lies in the wireless connectivity, and this is where we find the most versatility. This mouse has a Bluetooth connection and a wired USB-C connection, so we can connect it to Android devices without problems, but we also have the option of connecting it using Razer HyperSpeed technology with a connection 2.4 Ghz on the computer, using an included adapter. But in addition, it is compatible with the new 4 Ghz adapter recently introduced by Razer, to eliminate any latency.
Being wireless, it is clear that this mouse uses internal batteries, which we can recharge with the USB-C cable, or buy the new Razer Mouse Dock Pro separately, which in addition to recharging the wireless mouse simply by putting it on above, also adds the mentioned 4 Ghz connection.
The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is available now for $179.99, while the wireless charger costs $24.99.
