Razer is one of the most beloved brands for gamers that targets absolutely everything from mobiles and mice, to mousepads, headphones and even chairs with haptic feedback. There was only one Wear OS smartwatch missing in the arsenal, and now they finally have it: the new Razer X Fossil Gen 6.
Note that this is not the first smartwach in itself from Razer, since the Nabu Watch arrived six years ago, much simpler. The new Razer X Fossil Gen 6 brings together thestate-of-the-art Fossil Gen 6 technology with some customizations by Razer.

A Fossil Gen 6 with more colors
the Fossil Gen 6 It is without a doubt one of the most advanced Wear OS smartwatches today, with enviable specifications. After all, this is the first smartwatch to feature Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon Wear 4100+ platform, with 30% more performance and the promise of receiving the Wear OS 3 update soon.
With a 1.28-inch circular AMOLED display, the Fossil Gen 6 has a standard smartwatch look, except for the jagged crown design. The collaboration with Razer adds a gamer touch in what is basically the same smartwatch except for two details: dials and bracelets in the brand’s signature colors.
Specifically, the Razer X Fossil Gen 6 features three exclusive Razer dials (analog, text, and chroma) in addition to, of course, being compatible with Chrome RGB effects from Razer. It is also available in two interchangeable straps with the company logo: one green and the other black.
Inside, the Razer X Fossil Gen 6 retains the same technical specifications and features of the “non-gamer” model, so we have a smartwatch with a circular groove case, 1.28 inch AMOLED screen, 3 ATM resistance and all the sensors you would expect from a smartwatch: heart rate, SpO2, accelerometer, GPS, compass, ambient light …
The connectivity of the Razer X Fossil Gen 6 is marked by Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, Wi-Fi and NFC, with microphone, speaker and fast charging. It is a Wear OS connected watch that will be upgraded to Wear OS 3 somewhere in 2022.
Pricing and availability
The Razer X Fossil Gen 6 is a special limited edition, so only 1337 units will be sold. Those who are interested can book it on its official website on January 10. Its price will be $ 329.
