Next Monday’s keynote will be the start of a new journey for Apple. We expect to see a lot of news in all of its operating systems from iOS 15 to watchOS 8 or the next generation of macOS. Throughout these weeks, Apple is effusively announcing its WWDC via a Messages interface, the WhatsApp iOS, and we’ll probably see some big changes in this app next week. Rumors suggest that The Health, Maps and Safari apps are also getting lots of new features, reshaping and making a big leap from iOS 14.

This tweet from a Wall Street Journal writer further fueled rumors about the reinvention of Messages, Maps, Health and Safari. If we analyze the context in which we find ourselves in this WWDC 2021, it is because we have a wide variety of software available whose limitations, especially in iPadOS, make the usability of devices less free. IPadOS 15 is expected to lead to a major internal reform that allows harness the great potential of the latest iPad Pro with M1 chip of Apple.
But hand in hand with iOS 15, there is great suspicion that the two Safari because the maps are reinvented.

On another side, Maps must make a leap in functionality if you don’t want to be far behind Google Maps. Apple’s Street View, “Turn around”, should reach more and more countries. In addition, the tools for establishments and intra-iOS ergonomics should be much better integrated.
In addition, Health and messaging will also have their thing at WWDC 2021. Rumors have it that Health could incorporate new options to track sleep and quantify calories. Although the redefinition of the concept of Health as an application or as a service is also on the table. This is something we will have to see throughout the presentation. But what is clear is that Apple continues to focus on improving the health of its users.
And finally, Messages is due to have its own on June 7th. The announcements of WWDC 2021 with its interface cannot be coincidence. Maybe, and just maybe, Apple wants to take advantage of Facebook’s discomfort of rejecting anti-tracking policies on WhatsApp to take control of the most vindictive users against the messaging service. We’ll finally see how it all ends.
