Samsung has announced a collaboration agreement with the ANAR foundation, which, among other things, will prevent calls from these mobiles to this helpline from appearing in the company’s mobile history.

This measure is aiming to hide the fingerprint who leave these calls, guaranteeing the secrecy and confidentiality of these.

At the moment there will be three telephone numbers which, if you call, the registration will not appear on the mobile, as is already the case with other help numbers.

Through a deal that Samsung said had been brewing for months, the Korean company has teamed up with ANUAR, the foundation that helps children and adolescents, make calls as secret as possible.

From now on, Samsung mobiles will automatically delete calls to these numbers from their records:

  • ANAR hotline for children and adolescents at risk: 900 20 20 10
  • ANAR telephone in the Autonomous Communities: 116 111
  • ANAR Telephone against School Harassment: 900 018 018

This is a measure that will help children and teenagers to be able to call these phone numbers without fear that they will later appear in the call log.

“At Samsung, we are very pleased to be able to collaborate with the ANAR Foundation so that minors can use the ANAR helplines with peace of mind. As part of our commitment to education, we will continue to work to ensure that technology continues to be a safe and reliable tool for miners”, says Diego Granja, Education Sector Manager at Samsung.

other numbers like 016, help against gender violence, are already automatically deleted from the call log of Samsung mobiles to be kept secret.

This foundation received 251.118 calls throughout 2021, helping more than 16,000 children and adolescents at risk. Calls to this foundation are also available 24 hours a day.
