Leaks around the new series Galaxy S25 They don’t stop coming. There are rumors of all kinds about what will be its design or what chip will it mount. But the latest rumor which has just emerged indicates that we could see cutouts on the screen of the new Samsung series.
Changes on screen?
For weeks, we’ve seen a huge amount of information circulating about Samsung’s new Galaxy S25 series. A few months away from finally seeing how it will land, we wonder whether or not there will be a redesign, or what chip it will have installed.
Although none of this is official at the moment since the South Korean company has not commented on the subject, the site Korean Electronic journal published a report triggering new rumors; this time, on the screen.
In this publication, it is said that Samsung is preparing OLED panels using materials that they would not be the most currentin particular organic materials M13. This assumes a quality degradation materials since, to take this into account, M14 organic materials are located between a 20% and 30% brighter and more efficient than the M13. Additionally, M14s also have a 10-20% longer lifespan than M13s.
The known Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants, published on his X profile (formerly Twitter): “It has been confirmed with material suppliers that the S25 Ultra will use M13 materials instead of the M14 for cost reasons.”
It can be assumed that Samsung would try to reduce costs with this decision because AI processors have higher costs and AI phones come with Greater storage capacity and more powerful batteries. Perhaps this is the reason why the screen budget is adjusted this time.
Either way, we will have to wait for launch of this new Galaxy S25 series to see if all these rumors are true. What if in this case the reduction in on-screen performance
