  1. In the Apple () menu, we choose System Preferences.
  2. we touch Notifications and concentration.
  3. We enter the tab Concentration.
  4. In the left sidebar we choose Do not disturb.
  5. under the heading automatically activate we press + and we choose Add time-based automation.
  6. We write the mode activation time in Fromdeactivation in A and we mark which days of the week we want it to be used.
  7. We press Add.

Both on iPhone or iPad and on Mac we can add several schedules in the same day. We can also vary the schedule depending on the day of the week. So if we need Do Not Disturb mode to be on at certain times in the morning Monday through Wednesday and then at noon and afternoon the rest of the week, we can do that.

One of the many details of iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and macOS Monterey that make it productivity-focused updates. The simple arrival of Focus Modes, with its flexibility in handling our notifications, has been a most interesting change.
