Google wants to offer in Chrome for Android the perfect search experience, that from the same window you can quickly access multiple results without having to open and close tabs.
For it, Google chrome test a new one top bar with search results whose behavior becomes like eyelashes, what the company has dubbed continuous search navigation.
The new search bar continues
The behavior of this developing novelty is very simple. After performing a search in Google and opening a result, a new one will appear at the top navigation bar with other search results as if it were eyelashes as can be seen in the following video.
The continuous search bar saves us from having to open results in new tabs or having to go back to return to search results. With this design, accessing a new result is so easy to navigate its bar and click on a new result. In addition, by clicking on the Google logo you return to the list of results in case we want to see more results.
This feature has not yet been released by Google, it is an experimental feature in development that we can test thanks to the Chrome flags. To activate this continuous search, simply enter the site from the address bar chrome: // flags and research “Continuous search navigation” to activate it. After selecting it as “Enabled”, we need to click “Relaunch” to restart the browser. Then the next time you search Google, the new continuous search navigation bar will appear.
