Finally, Spotify confirmed on its official blog the launch of lyrics worldwide on all its platforms: iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, TV… The goal? Give back to users one of the functions most expected for them and which will allow them to connect much more with the songs.
The feature comes from Spotify’s integration with Musixmatch, a lyric catalog with over 12.4 million letters in 50 different languages. To access the lyrics from the iPhone app, just go to “Now it sounds” and swipe up to access the lyrics that scroll as the song plays. In addition, a tool has been integrated to share the song with the corresponding lyrics.
