The user experience with streaming music apps has improved exponentially in recent years. Not just because of the investment in the software, but over time the hardware is better and the music has better sound quality. Apple has jumped on high-quality lossless music with its Apple Lossless technology built into Apple Music. However, your Bluetooth headphones do not support the codec due to technological limitations. To date, Spotify does not offer high quality lossless music (HiFi)
Is high-quality, lossless music coming to Spotify?
Spotify currently offers four Premium subscription plans. The individual subscription costs 9.99 dollars per month, the Duo (shared with two people) 12.99 dollars, the student subscription only 4.99 dollars and, finally, the family plan for up to six people 15.99 dollars per month. All these plans do not include high quality and lossless (HiFi) music, Unlike what happens with Apple Music subscriptions.
However, Spotify announced in 2021 its intention to include this type of lossless technology.

But Spotify seems to have moved the tab and plans to launch a Super premium plan. This plan would be the most expensive plan of all the plans and will include high fidelity (HiFi) music.
The characteristics of this new plan and its price have not been disclosed. According to experts, this plan would begin to expand into territory outside of the United States. Will we see it soon in USA?
