TCL Nxtpaper 10s, TCL Tab 10L, TCL Tab 8 4, specification sheet and price

TCL took advantage of CES 2022, suddenly announcing six new tablets: three of them which would adapt to the format of inexpensive traditional tablets and three others designed for children.

The new tablets are the TCL Nexpaper 10s, TCL Tab 10L, TCL Tab 8 4G, TCL TKee Max, TCL Tkee Mid and TCL Tkee Mini. most premium one of them is the TCL Nextpaper 10s, with a screen that “looks like paper” and a starting price of $ 249.

TCL Nxtpaper 10s

Of the new generation of TCL tablets, the most powerful is the TCL Nxtpaper 10s, which is a slightly larger version of the TCL Nextpaper that we saw last year. We have this screen again with its own technology which they claim offers a paper experience, and hence the name.

This time the panel is 10.1 inches, with edges symmetrical in all its axes and the modest MediaTek Helio P22

The TCL Nextpaper 10s has a 5 megapixel front and 8 megapixel rear camera, has stereo speakers, supports the T Pen of the house, comes with Android 11 pre-installed and with a battery with a capacity of 8000 mAh, it is the only tablet of this batch which supports fast charge, 18W. Its starting price starts at $ 249 and will be available in Europe during the month of January.

TCL 10L tab

The TCL Tab 10L is also 10 inches, but a bit more modest. This time it is a 10.1-inch screen but with lifetime LCD technology and, this time, with HD + resolution. The design is again with symmetrical edges.

It is a modest tablet in power, with a MediaTek MT8167B on board, version with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage expandable via MicroSD and 2 megapixel cameras on the front and rear.

The TCL Tab has Android 11 preinstalled and includes stereo speakers and a 4,080 mAh battery, without fast charging. It will go on sale in the first quarter of 2022 for a starting price of $ 99

TCL Tab 8 4G

The trio of new “traditional” tablets from TCL is completed by the new TCL Tab 8 4G which, as its name suggests, this time starts from a 8 inch diagonal LCD screen and HD + resolution.

The processor chosen this time is the MediaTek MT8766B, with versions with 2 and 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage expandable via MicroSD. The cameras are 5 megapixels both in front and behind.

The TCL Tab 8 4G launches with Android 11, a 4,080 mAh battery without fast charging and versions with 4G connectivity and Wi-Fi. It will be marketed in Europe during the first quarter of 2022 for a starting price of $ 129

TCL Tkee Max, Mid and Mini

TCL also announced a trio of tablets for children, with similar characteristics and different screen sizes. The most modest of these is the TCL TKEE Mini, which has a 7-inch TN display, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 2,580mAh battery, and 2-megapixel cameras on both sides. It is the only one that bets on Android 10 GB Edition.

More similar to each other are the TCL TKEE Medium and TCL TKEE Max, 8 and 10 inches respectively. Both have a MediaTek processor, a 2 + 32 GB version, Android 11 and a 4,080 mAh battery. The difference – besides the size – is that the TKEE Mid has 5 megapixel cameras, compared to 2 megapixels in the TKEE Max. The prices of these tablets have not yet transpired.
