The Intel name is one of the most recognized in the technology sector; after all, if we open a computer, chances are we’ll find one of its processors. What many people don’t know is that Intel does more than computer processors. For example, Intel produces mobile chips for MediaTek, as well as graphics chips.
Two years ago, Intel entered the graphics card industry by promoting itself as the great market savior with the Intel Arc; gamers were desperate to find cards to sell, as almost all of them ended up in the hands of the crypto industry, and neither AMD nor Nvidia had much interest in killing the goose. In this context, a new brand that covered demand was exactly what many were asking for.
While Intel’s impact may not have been as desired, its Arc-series graphics cards are now an even better alternative than before. At PcComponentes there is now a luxury opportunity to make that leap, with a significant reduction in the Intel Arc A750 which remains at just 269.90 dollars. It represents a difference of almost 100 dollars compared to its usual price, something rare in a sector as demanded as the graphic; but that’s how things changed.
Just like Intel graphics
Intel Arcs are graphics cards designed for gaming that are trying to establish themselves as an alternative to Radeons from AMD and GeForces from Nvidia. The first range is called Arc 7 and consists of two models: the Arc A770 and the Arc A750
Now, is it possible to play with an Arc A750? The truth is that the initial impression that this card gave was not good, especially because of some “drivers” who did not take advantage of the potential of the “hardware”. But Intel has kept going, and updates over the past few months have fixed many issues, experts have found. Performance at 1080p resolution is more than decent.
Currently an Arc A750 is comparable to a Radeon 5700 XT in some games like Total War: Warhammer 3
Therefore, with a price of 269.90 dollars, the Intel Arc A750 is still a risk, but at least it is much less than before. For many players, it’s an investment that can be worth it. For those unconvinced, a safer option is AMD’s new RX 7600, which was released this week but is already on sale at PcComponentes. The Sapphire Pulse RX 7600 is 299.90 dollars and the XFX Speedster Black Gaming is 309.90 dollars.
