IOS 15 and iPadOS 15 beta 5 hit developers a week ago. However, the public beta of operating systems does not receive major updates. First of all, beta 5 surprises us with a new Weather app icon. This new icon adds depth just like the new Maps icon in previous versions. It looks like Apple is trying to integrate all of the design guides by providing a series of similar icons across all of its operating systems: from macOS to iOS to iPadOS.
Also included home screens with version news in three apps: Photos, Maps, and Home.
