For a while now we know that Xiaomi is working on its new generation smart smart bracelet. Sometime in the year 2020, the company in Beijing will launch its new world Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 5, which was not long ago that we knew that, in the midst of its emergence, would include NFC support around the world.
And now we are able to know more details about this new-and-expected- it carries. From the portal TizenHelp they say you have it access to more information about the Smart Band 5 in advance, and indicate that the threat will be identified two new things that are just as interesting as the diagonal screen, and support for mobile payments worldwide.
Google Pay on Xiaomi Mi Band 5?
While details have yet to be confirmed by Xiaomi, front portal sites have revealed that The Mi Band 5 will have a 1.2-inch touch screen, an increase of 0.25 inches in relation to the current model. In addition, they express that will be based on AMOLED technology, and that Xiaomi would have worked to improve both the quality of light and the difference in improving its outward appearance.
On the other hand, in the early rumors that Mi Band 5 will have NFC in all its genres worldwide – and not just in Chinese format as it did with Mi Band 4 -, another rumor has been added that Mobile payments via NFC will be supported worldwide.
Not yet known, of course Mobile payments via Xiaomi mi Band will be made through Xiaomi Mi Pay or if the company decides to sponsor third-party platforms such as Google Pay – Lastly, in my opinion, the most effective movement.
From the same site they also confirmed that Mi Band 5 will be launched in June, and that China will be – as usual – the first country where it will be sold. They also pretend to show that its price will be 179 Yuan, about 23 euros subject to current change.
