It’s official now. Samsung unexpectedly presented its new premium range mobile, the Galaxy S24 FE. This is a version with less powerful hardware than the Galaxy S24 which arrived in January this year, aiming for a more accessible price and a young audience.
The Galaxy S24 FE arrives almost a year after the last “Fan Edition” model so far, the Galaxy S23 FE, and compared to the previous generation, the new Samsung Galaxy has a bigger screen, a better processor, more battery and lots of artificial intelligence. Let’s look at its specifications.

Lots of AI and lots of updates for the Galaxy S24 FE
The Galaxy S24 FE has grown in size, with a 6.7 inch screena size it shares with the Galaxy S24+. In contrast, last year’s Galaxy S23 FE had a 6.4-inch display. The new “Fan Edition” also has an adaptive refresh rate between 60 and 120 Hz.
Inside there is a Exynos 2400e processora less powerful version of the Exynos 2400 that the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ carry in most territories. It also has 8 GB of RAM and between 128 and 512 GB of storage. Its battery is 4,700 mAh, with 25W fast charging capacity which Samsung claims delivers 50% charge in 30 minutes. Additionally, it supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.
The Galaxy S24 FE will have seven years of OS updates: it arrives with One UI 6 (Android 14) and will receive up to One UI 13 (Android 21)
Your camera system includes a 50 MP main sensor accompanied by a 12 MP ultra wide angle and an 8 MP telephoto lens (with 3x optical zoom). The selfie camera is 10 MP, just like the previous generation.
The Galaxy S24 FE arrives with lots of artificial intelligence. Overall, the “Fan Edition” model features the same AI capabilities as its older siblings, the rest of the Galaxy S24 family, including the ever-useful “Surround to Search,” the impressive voice translator. real-time calls, text chats, advanced images. editing tools and many other Galaxy AI features.
Additionally, the Galaxy S24 FE will have seven years of operating system updates and security patcheswhich means Samsung will keep you updated with the latest version of One UI until 2031.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE price and availability
The Galaxy S24 FE will be available from October 3 in five colors: blue, graphite, gray, mint and yellow. However, Samsung has not yet announced the price of the mobile phone in Europe and the rest of Europe, although it is estimated that it could have a higher price than the Galaxy S23 FE when it is launched. In the US, however, the Galaxy S24 FE will go on sale starting at $649.
