24-inch and 29-inch screens: 21.5 and 27-inch too small
Viktor Kádár and Patrik Borgatai have used and designed how the iMac introduced in 2020 can be. The inspiration for the concept is clear: the Pro Display XDR monitor. The screen has been announced as well as the latest Mac Pro, the first external one that has been upgraded by Apple after dropping its Cinema Displays. As a result we get two screens with smaller edges than the current one.
Two years ago I thought Apple introduced a new Mac, but it didn't. At a glance the context of the iMac remains, but a decrease in the structures is observable. They wanted to keep the twisted shape of the previous generation, but at the same time they committed themselves to industrial design and geometry more. Even the display support is very similar to that of the Pro Display XDR.
