IPhone 13, in September 2021

According to TrendForce, the new iPhone 13 models that Apple will launch next September will reach up to 512 GB of internal storage. This Taiwanese research firm warns that the Cupertino firm plans to launch the new iPhone models next September, adding an iPhone mini, an iPhone and two iPhone Pro models like the iPhone 12 has today.

But beyond that, what TrendForce explains and other outlets like MacRumors have shared is that these new iPhone models will add a slightly smaller notch, they will also incorporate the New generation A15 processors manufactured with the 5 nanometer process and that the pro models will also officially add the 120Hz refresh rate to their display.

There are several rumors that suggest that the next iPhone model will bring little change from the current model, but some stand out from the rest of the mobile devices released to date by the Cupertino company.

The LiDAR scanner seems that it will also continue to be exclusive to the Pro models of this next generation as well and in no way increase the maximum capacity that the current iPhone 12 already has, 512 GB. For the new Pro models of this support , they also state that the Ultra Wide lens will add autofocus and, beyond the new additions, it is expected that annual production of iPhones for 2021 increases by about 12.3% year-on-year reaching up to 223 million units manufactured. A really high figure given the pandemic context we are currently experiencing.
