The iPhone SE with a 5.7-inch screen is expected in 2023

March will mark six years since the launch of the first generation of the iPhone SE, an ambitious project by Apple to try to bring the iPhone to a midrange with a continuous but functional design. During these years we have seen two models of SE and In the first quarter of this year 2022, we expect to see the 3rd generation iPhone SE. This new model is causing a big stir in the media about whether the design will stay the same or if Apple will make the jump to 5.7 inches. Apparently, this year’s iPhone SE will retain the design of the previous ones while the 5.7-inch will hit the SE throughout 2023.

Apple will change the design of the iPhone SE in 2023

The approach a few weeks ago focused on the design of the next iPhone SE. Rumors suggest that there will be an opening speech from Apple in the first quarter of this 2022. In the event that we see new devices, among which would be a new generation of the mid-range iPhone that was born in 2016 as the SE model.

Apparently the new information

seem to name the new iPhone as iPhone SE+ 5G. This new model would integrate 5G connectivity placing Apple in force in the market for mid-range smartphones compatible with 5G for only 500 dollars. However, we won’t have any design change as many analysts had announced in recent weeks. It would stay in the same design as before with a 4.7-inch screen and bezels that we’ve seen in devices like the iPhone 6.

It is because of Apple is planning a new iPhone SE for 2023. In this new model, we would see a design change from 4.7 inches to 5.7 inches. In other words, the original design would be abandoned to enter the design that was adopted with the launch of the iPhone X and almost five years ago. Although it is likely that Apple wanted to launch this terminal in 2024, it was decided to advance the launch to next year so as not to be left behind by the design of the SE which has been intact since 2016.
