Beta versions of WhatsApp often show clues about news we will find in a stable version of the app, used by the user. This morning we saw that WhatsApp has begun to limit the transmission of messages in a single conversation to combat disinformation and third-party developers are new application features, according to XDA developers.
Specifically, we talk about three really exciting stories– Advanced file search, backups security key, and rules for automatically downloaded files.
The latest beta points to three new features
The first leaky novel refers to advanced file search. This function will allow us to search for audios, links, GIFs, photos, videos and documents easily in conversation, in a dedicated format. Each file type is separated labels in different colors
The second novel is referred to passwords to protect backups. In the meantime, we can get any Google Drive backup when signed in to WhatsApp. The new version of the program, depending on this information, will allow you to set a password to encrypt the backup data and make it necessary to enter it for download, even if we sign in with our WhatsApp number.
Finally, we talk about the rules for automatic download. As has happened with the transmission, this function will be designed to do not download the content of frequently forwarded messages.
