iOS 18.2 beta number 4 was released last week and we all expected the beta to arrive this week. RC version. This RC version, Release Candidate, is the last update before the official version. A version which corresponds exactly to the official version, unless an error is found.
Los Rumors indicated that iOS 18.2 would be released next Monday, December 2but for that to happen, we should have seen iOS 18.2 RC this week. Something that didn't happen. It is therefore impossible that iOS 18.2 arrives next week.
So when will iOS 18.2 arrive?
Apple took this week off After several consecutive weeks of updates, this may be because Thanksgiving was celebrated this week in the United States and many workers took vacation. This is common at Apple and something similar happens during the Christmas holidays.

However, if we don't see the RC version next week, we'll have to wait another week for the official launch. Something that almost no one counted on, since there have always been rumors that iOS 18.2 would be released in early December.
