It’s been about a month since rumors of the following Beats Studio Pro surfaced and 9to5Mac was able to post them. According to a reliable source from 9to5Mac, the new Beats Studio Pro will have a very significant jump in audio quality. They are said to have two custom 40mm drivers capable of delivering “almost zero distortion even at high volume”. According to Beats, this would mean an 80% improvement over the Beats Studio 3 for “superior audio fidelity”.
The new Beats Studio Pro which would arrive in four colors, also withwould have an integrated digital processor which “optimizes the ultimate frequency response for a powerful yet balanced sound profile, designed to bring out the subtle details in everything you listen to”.
Like most products recently released by Beats, They would also have active noise cancellation (ANC) and the famous Transparency mode that Apple introduced with its AirPods Pro. Not forgetting the Support for spatial audio and Dolby Atmos, which would include special customization based on your head position, something only the third-generation AirPods, Pro, and Max models currently have available.
Continuing with noise cancellation and tying it to hardware, the new Beats Studio Pro would have a button that would let you switch between modes, just like we do on the AirPods. But not only that, that multifunction button (it could be something similar to what was leaked on the iPhone 15 to replace the mute switch), it would also switch between listening modes, connectivity and more.
If we talk about microphones, the Beats Studio Pro will include upgraded ones for high quality calls and higher performance which could filter out background noise for improve our voice clarity by up to 27% compared to Beats Studio 3.
Regarding the connectivity section, they would have two positions: USB-C and 3.5mm Jack and it would have three different listening modes to take advantage of the different connectivities: Signature Beats (which will provide the best balance of tones for all types of music), Entertainment (best for gaming and multimedia in general) and Conversation (ideal for calls and podcasts).
