The problem is somewhat strange, as it doesn’t seem to affect all users, although it does affect a good portion of them. The tests carried out by EL ESPAÑOL – El Androide Libre did not give conclusive results, and sometimes the application did not load the content and other times it loaded it perfectly. This corresponds to the general feeling of users of other social networks like X (Twitter), who complain about the poor functioning of Instagram, while others can use the service, at least for the moment.
According to Downdetector, the problem is more widespread than it seems and affects a large number of users. The problems would have started around 9:20 p.m. Spanish Peninsula Timebut it was only after 9:30 p.m. that the true scale of the problem was revealed.
