Interactive widgets
For me, this is the best new feature of iOS 17 and the one that makes Widgets all the sense in the world. We will no longer need to open applications to be able to access basic data or interactions: it will probably suffice to use its widget added to the home screen. This will happen for example with Home and our HomeKit accessories, with Time and with Reminders.

Those times when the iPhone is on our workbench charging will cease to be downtime for the phone. With iOS 17 we can use it as an auxiliary screen to show us the time, weather information, calendar appointments… practically all the data that is practical for us to always have at our fingertips. hand.
