Google released Android 15 AOSP today, but Android updates come from more fronts than just new versions of Android. One example is the android enhancement pack which is starting to affect all users, regardless of their Android version.
The Android Enhancement Pack includes Five new features in Google Chrome, Wear OS, Rodea to look out for and what’s more, it doesn’t depend on a specific version of Android. It’s like a Pixel Feature Drop, but not just for Pixels.
TalkBack builds on Gemini
TalkBack is Android’s screen reader that allows visually impaired people to receive audio descriptions. Now, Google has announced that Talkback will use Gemini on supported devices
These audio descriptions of TalkBack images with Gemini will be available everywhere, online images to mobile photo gallery or social networks.

If you prefer listening to reading, Google has created the feature Listen to this page of Chrome, which has been enabled for users of this browser for a few months.

Offline maps on Wear OS

Earthquake alerts in more places
Google has announced that Android’s earthquake alert system is expanding to all states of the United States and six territories. The alerts give us advice on what to do in the event of an earthquake and the next steps once the shaking has stopped.
