Europe is one of the countries that is betting most on digitalization of the relationship of its citizens with the government, at all levels, from municipal to state, including regional levels. This is seen in applications such as My Citizen Folder, which is one of the most useful for obtaining official data of interest to each citizen.
Another recently launched application, although controversial, is My Digital Wallet. The General Directorate of Traffic also has its own application, with a multitude of functions. In addition, these applications only require a digital certificate to be used, which is very easy to obtain from your mobile phone without leaving home.
The latest addition is an app called Appointment Prior, and that it has a unique function, quite obvious, but which turns out to be very useful in centralizing a large part of the organizations in which it is possible to have to make an appointment to appear in person. In addition, this application allows you to consult the appointments that we have made.

Detailed information for each appointment includes both date and location, in addition to the possibility of canceling it. In the calendar, you can add and delete appointments for family members or people you represent, provided you have the data of the corresponding appointment, such as the person’s ID, the appointment locator and the organization where the appointment was obtained.

- Government delegations and sub-delegations (areas: Agriculture and fisheries, education, citizens’ rights and security, labor and immigration).
- Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
- Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030.
- Departments abroad of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training.
- Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security Abroad (Ecuador).
- Institute for the Elderly and Social Services (Ceuta).
- Hydrographic Confederations (Duero and Ebro).
- University of Oviedo.
- Alcázar de San Juan Town Hall.
- Getafe City Council.
- Mijas Town Hall.
- Móstoles City Council.
It is to be expected that Little by little, more and more organizations and municipalities are joining in, which would make the application the reference for this type of procedure. This application can obviously be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store and works on all current Android smartphones.
