This is how the new video call privacy setting is enabled

At the end of September the new update arrived to give that special touch to video calls with some augmented reality effects among many others. NOW WhatsApp is updated with a simple tweak which appears in the privacy section, and thus decide if you want to disable the AR Effects button in the interface.

This option appears in the privacy settings and, once enabled, allows you to apply effects, filters and backgrounds to both mobile cameras during video calls from the AR Effects button. The big difference in this development is that by deactivating the AR effects from the settings the interface is completely cleaned video calls, since the button itself would not seem to leave it as it was before applying this experience, which mimics other applications like Google Meet itself.
