Google seems to be getting a lot out of the power buttons menu on Android 11. After integrating Google Pay into the Pixel power button, it seems that in the next update the app will access Google Home more and possibly other apps.
If 2013 comes with Android 4.2 the instant settings in the notification bar now with Android 11 it seems Quick checks power button as the new access to our most commonly used actions.
Quick controls
At XDA-Developers were able to activate this new feature Android 11 and take a video of what your current interface is like. Google has started sharing documents for the new OS Controls for the upcoming OS update.
In the video I see that after holding down the power button comes a new panel Quick controls that when we press on it allows us to add controls, such as controlling a light bulb through a slide to adjust the light or switch.
Here the developers will have various control types to implement in their application. Well, it looks like this new panel belongs to him control external devices, and what would be the default home storage. So managing our home will not have to turn on the mobile screen and open Google Home, by long pressing the power button will appear the automation devices in our home.
