Apple has always had an interest in releasing products and applications that encourage movement and exercise. He also worked on new challenges in social media or new challenges for the Apple Watch, like those launched at the end of the year and the new year.
Now Apple will launch challenges this month was linked to Earth Day right after Apple Fitness + launched in select countries. All of Apple’s challenges for the Apple Watch are aimed at keeping users in shape.
The new challenges we will have this month
The first of the challenges that Apple offers us is to take up any exercise for 30 minutes or more April 22. Training can be recorded from any app that adds data to the “Health” app.
The second challenge will take place on April 29 and will be called “Let’s Dance”, coinciding with International Dance Day. To win this prize we will have to do a “Dance” training of 20 minutes or more
All Apple Watch owners will be notified of these challenges before they begin. Apple has yet to release the International Dance Day stickers, but you can see how fun the Earth Day stickers are below, performed by a planet doing different activities.
As we have already mentioned, Apple has announced its new training service Fintess + last December. A spectacular platform for anyone who wants to fill the Apple Watch rings.
