The auction of an original sealed iPhone (model A1203) from the Wright auction house was held on March 30 and reached a maximum bid of $40,320. He came to Wright through Donald Gajadhar of Fox-White Art & Antique Appraisals.
Before offering it up for auction, specialists at Fox-White Art & Antique Appraisals assessed the shrink wrap on the box, noting a small tear. To ascertain the condition of the contents inside the box, they obtained x-ray images in the listing showing that the original device and accessories are present and have not been altered.
