The Tivify streaming app now has a new free subscription with which we can play over 80 free channels. An application that, from our iPhone or iPad, even allows us to record some channels and even return to shows.

Watching TV on your mobile seemed like an odyssey a few years ago. The truth is, technically it’s not complicated, but there are few apps that offer a stable service to subscribe to. This is exactly what Tivify does, offering you the TV grill we can see it exactly where we want. In fact, in addition to the dedicated apps for iPhone or iPad, we can access the online player, so we can use this service on virtually any device.
The interface of the application is, in itself, simple, although sometimes knowing which channel each broadcast is coming from can be quite complicated. Something we also can’t blame the service for, because in the end we tend to be more interested in watch a specific program than a particular channel.
As promised on the Tivify website, the service gives us access to 86 channels, although premium channels are not available for free in the plan. A plan that allows us link up to three devices and display simultaneously.
At a time when streaming is taking over as a mode of content consumption, offers like Tivify are surprising. They are in any case pleasantly surprising, because being able to watch TV at a specific time from any of our devices is something of the most interesting.
