Samsung announced on its website a partnership with international development companies such as Atmaca, Tempo and HKC so that television brands Bauhn, Linsar, Sunny, Vispera, RCA, Akai and Axen
Thus, the operating system of the Korean company is open to other companies and allows the use of its software and many of its advantages, and these televisions will arrive in Europe, as well as in Australia, Italy, New Zealand, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
Among other things, the mentioned manufacturers will be able to take advantage of the content detection software, its application platform and the user interface. Also Bixby, the smart voice assistant that can be given voice commands to play content, set an alarm and more.
In addition, the Korean firm will also be involved in hardware optimizations. This announcement is part of Samsung’s Tizen TV platform licensing program which it announced in 2021 and offered to license Tizen OS to other brands.
