And it seemed like we didn’t have much to say but being a seemingly quiet week we have covered many topics of interest in this edition Applesfera Talks. With Eduardo Archanco, we talked about the future of the M1, the Apple Car and the patents and concepts that surround it, the AirPods Pro 2 and the Mac battery.
The power of the future M1, the rumors of the Apple Car, a reflection on the AirPods Pro 2 and the battery of the Mac
We started the chat with the M1, M1 Pro and M1 Max. Apple processors have a lot to say, but their future is even brighter. Rumors indicate future Apple silicon manufactured in 3nm
Speaking of future predictions, we changed the subject to discuss the Apple Car rumors. We did this thanks to a team of specialist automotive engineers who made an interactive 3D model of the Apple Car based on all the patents that have been issued. Nail as close as possible to the future Apple car, but still with plenty of room for improvements and changes.
In this regard, it must be remembered how nobody managed to imagine the iPhone before it hit the market. The concepts and renderings of the time products that we already knew were evolving, such as iPods
Following the rumors, we discussed the AirPods Pro 2, headphones that we have been waiting for a long time and which could represent a substantial change in the market. Rumors point to an even more compact design, although after seeing the teardown of AirPods 3 we started to have doubts. These second-generation AirPods Pro are reportedly arriving with the iPhone 14, although the dates are still pending.
Finally, we talked about low power mode on Mac. A novelty that comes with macOS Monterey and that allows us run to the last minutes of battery when you don’t have a charger. A mode that, although we can now activate through System Preferences, we will surely be able to automate in the future.
