It was in 2014 and Apple prepared a fabulous keynote to present all the news of iOS 8 and of OS X Yosemite in his WWDC. Looking back, the new features presented at the time may seem insufficient these days, but in 2014, all the new features that Apple implemented in its software were a real wonder for the time.
Almost at the start of every WWDC developer conference, Apple begins its keynote with the release of a previously filmed video – extremely funny in most cases – to whet its viewers’ appetites, although lately it hasn’t. there was no audience participation and will be streamed.
Well, a leak has been discovered which reveals what the opening video of the WWDC 2014 presentation would have been like. This is a never-before-seen video in which we see popular actor and director Larry David act as if he was an App Service Store App Approval Service technician. Don’t miss it, it has no waste!
This is the never seen video of WWDC 2014
The video clip, along with a series of screenshots, was shared by a Twitter user known for Sam Henri-Gold, creator of the “The Apple Archive” project. He has managed to collect more than 15,000 files from the Apple company through more than 40 years of history.
Despite Apple having tried everything to prevent leaks, even using body-security cameras for its employees, good ol ‘Sam Henri-Gold managed to get this wonderful video of the WWDC 2014 intro. later, let’s see and then we will comment on it so as not to spoil you.

“The WWDC 2014 video intro leaked with Larry David, JB Smoove and Evan Spiegel.”
In footage from the clip shared on Twitter, Larry David is seen arriving at his desk ready to start approving (or denying) App Store apps while in the background a rather comically-paced soundtrack begins. to be heard.
After saying hello to the rest of the employees, Larry David sits in his chair and a secretary arrives. He tells her he has a call from the creators of the “Angry Pigeons” app – clearly referencing Angry Birds – an app he had previously turned down for entry into the App Store.
Immediately after, he starts talking on the phone with the creators of “Angry Pigeons” assuring that the idea of the game is totally ridiculous, when in fact “Angry Birds” was one of the biggest hits in the history of the App Store. You could say it’s a very “Larry David” scene.
The reasons why this WWDC 2014 introduction was dropped are unknown. This would probably be so as not to upset the developers of Rovio, although it is a very successful joke and nothing offensive. However, removing the intro allowed us to enjoy it a few years later.
Additionally, you can watch the full video of WWDC14’s never-before-seen intro on Vimeo. It is possible that it will be deleted in the next few hours.

Finally, in case you are feeling curious or melancholy about these moments, we leave you with the official WWDC 2014 video in its entirety. To be honest, we have to admit that this has been a good year full of very interesting new developments in Apple operating system software.
WWDC 2021 and Apple employee leaks
At Apple, they are testing all kinds of methods to prevent leaks. While it’s obvious the leak of this funny video won’t affect the business, they’ve reached a point where even Apple’s lawyers have sent letters to the leakers to stop leaking footage of their future devices in full development.
As for the WWDC of this year 2021, Apple has again opted for a more modest conference with the retransmission of an online streaming of a video previously filmed. This has several advantages for the Bitten Apple logo company, which can fine-tune every detail of the presentation before the day of the broadcast.
During WWDC in 2021, the Cupertino company presented many new features related to the future launch of public versions of the software of iOS 15, iPadOS 15, tvOS 15, watchOS 8 and macOS Monterrey. What do you think of the WWDC news this year? Did you like the abandoned WWDC14 intro?
