This new version is already expanding in Europe. So if you own a Samsung Galaxy S23, a Samsung Galaxy S23+ or a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, keep an eye on the notifications: the OTA is on the way.
After analyzing the Samsung Galaxy S24, an excellent mobile phone in all areas which stands out particularly in the AI environment, it seems very positive to me that the brand decides to bring these tools to already distributed mobile phones. It’s not that Galaxy AI completely changes the user experience with One UI 6.1, but it ends up enriching it. And having added value in the form of software is always good news, manufacturers must keep their catalog up to date.
After the promise, One UI 6.1 already reaches the European S23

Samsung promised that on March 28 it would start updating the Samsung Galaxy S23 family with S24 software, and it ended up keeping its promises: the update has already been spotted in Europe. So it’s time to get to work if you own a Samsung Galaxy S23.
As we can read in SamMobile, Samsung launches the update to One UI 6.1 for the S23 in Europe; based on Android 14 and with Galaxy AI tools. The mobile phones that receive it are the S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra; with the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE still waitingeven if it is for a short period: its update is also guaranteed.
The new firmware version coming to the mentioned smartphones weighs around 3 GB, arrives with the March security patch and brings some touches to the design of the interface; in addition to refreshing some Samsung apps and including AI tools.
To update your Samsung Galaxy S23, simply click on the notification that will appear in the notification area. If you want to search for the OTA manually, enter your mobile settings, go to “Software Update” and Click “Download and Install”. In case a new version does not appear, you will have to search for it later: One UI 6.1 will gradually arrive on all mobile phones.
