Apple released visionOS 1.1.2 to fix a few bugs, but the frustratingly opaque release notes give us no idea what was fixed. No operating systems for other devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS) appear to have been updated at the same time, so whatever was wrong seems to be specific to the Apple Vision Pro. The visionOS 1.2 developer beta also received an update today, likely to include the same non-specific bug fixes.
Apple’s release notes follow the boilerplate “unspecified bug fix” pattern:

The Security Releases page simply states “This update has no published CVE entries” for this release. This could mean that there are security updates for issues that haven’t been reported, or it could mean that this version only fixes bugs. There is no link to see more details.
