ACSI assigned its scores based on interviews with 21,189 clients, randomly selected and contacted by email between April 1, 2020 and March 29, 2021. The score of Samsung remained unchanged from last year’s survey, but its position improved due to declining satisfaction from Apple..

Five individual Samsung devices rank above all others, highest is Galaxy Note10 +, Galaxy S10 + and Galaxy S20 +, which all scored 85. The sixth Samsung device, Galaxy S10 tied with iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone X and iPhone XS Apple with ASCI scores of 82.

If this survey shows the level of satisfaction, not responding if people could trade in their device for a model from another platform. But without a doubt, it’s more common for someone to switch from Android to iOS than the other way around. And for something, the iPhone is the best seller.
