We don’t just expect to see cell phones at the Xiaomi event
As the company itself confirmed, The Xiaomi 14 in its global version will be revealed on February 25 at 3:00 p.m. Spanish Peninsula time. It will be a day before the start of the Mobile World Congress and the truth is that cell phones do not hide too many secrets.
The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro feature the latest display technology, along with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a 50-megapixel triple camera system. There are some differences between the two, such as battery size or screen diagonal, but they are practically identical in the rest of the sections.
In addition to confirming the release date, We obviously hope to know the price in Europe of these Xiaomi 14 Pro and see if they come with HyperOS as standard. Having been launched in China with HyperOS, it is logical to think that they will also arrive in our territory with the new operating system, and even more so after seeing that the POCO X6 Pro arrived with it. Beyond cell phones, Xiaomi may have some surprises in store for the event. Being a global presentation and before such an important event in the calendar as the Mobile World Congress, the Chinese company will want to attract as much attention as possible and one device that could appear in the presentation is the Xiaomi Pad 7.
It has already been leaked several times and recently Xiaomi paved the way for its official presentation. The first thing is that they presented HyperOS Pad, a version of the system specially designed for large screens.
Finally, it has rained a lot since the launch of the Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro. These are the company’s most advanced TWS earphones and given the wearables market, it would not be unreasonable to think of a new generation to coincide with the launch of the Xiaomi 14.
What about connected watches? Given the recent launch of the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro, another high-end watch this soon wouldn’t make much sense unless you want to flex some muscle with HyperOS. The Watch 2 Pro has Wear OS and they may want to introduce one of the Chinese models to the West with their own system.
