WhatsApp is already testing a new function to create personalized lists that will contain the individual and/or group chats you want in order to make searching for conversations more convenient.
WhatsApp will implement a new function in a few months which is currently already in beta testing. Version 2.24.22.5 demonstrates, thanks to WABetaInfo, that WhatsApp will give us the ability to filter chats using fully custom lists. This will allow add conversations to certain lists completely efficiently. It will be easier to search for one or another cat based on the list it matches since we, as users, can generate custom search filters.

The beta version accessible on this occasion is via Android but WhatsApp intends to bring it to the iPhone and normal WhatsApp and Business. Some users with the beta version were able to access this feature in advance. Each list created will have a dedicated place at the topAdditionally, each user will be able to view their lists privately since the other user will not know that they are part of a list. Necessary changes can be made from the Settings section.
The list will contain selected contacts and group chats, so you no longer have to perform a general search like you usually do. Instead A few clicks will be enough to locate the desired conversation. Settings can be made to add or remove contacts in said filter, in addition to modifying group chats or changing the direct name of the list.
If you think that having multiple lists with a good number of conversations would create clutter, it’s exactly the opposite.. WhatsApp has limited the number of lists that can be created, the the limit is 20 lists per account

Manage your discussion lists the way you want
As we mentioned earlier, you can make all changes to lists in the Settings section of WhatsApp. Add, edit and move lists so you can change how they look at the top of your WhatsApp interface. It’s best to prioritize what you consider most important and be able to divide up what doesn’t require as much of your attention throughout the day.
This new feature will surely be a relief for WhatsApp Business users as it will help them manage their customers and users by category. depending on your rotation. For example, for businesses that are in the business of selling merchandise, they can segment their lists by approved or pending orders, consultation chats, or payments.
