The Ultra thing is for a reason: its quadruple camera points in the direction
Being the highest step in terms of mobile phone catalog, with a higher floor that would already belong to foldables, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra looks down on the rest of the competition with the superiority of having a exceptional camera set. Recently presented in China, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a 120 Hz AMOLED LTPO display with 6.73-inch diagonal and 3,000 nits peak brightness. 1440 x 3200 pixel resolution and punch-hole cutout protects the 32-megapixel front camera.
There are no surprises in terms of power: Xiaomi includes the more than solvent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, a high-capacity, low-power SoC and ready for generative AI at the device level. In addition to the chip, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It should be very fast everywhere, including connectivity: Bluetooth 5.4, dual SIM 5G, NFC, WiFi 7 and two-way satellite coverage.
Let’s start with the strong point of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, its set of rear cameras. The phone has four such cameras nestled in a circular module. The main one offers a one-inch Sony LYT-900 sensor, big words for a smartphone. Additionally, they add a sensor with wide-angle lens and dual telephoto lens
In terms of autonomy, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra includes a 5,180 mAh battery with 90W fast charging via cable and 80W wireless. It is IP68 certified, is equipped with a dual stereo speaker and an under-screen fingerprint sensor.
