In 2019 Xiaomi began updating many of its terminologies in the latest version of MIUI, a virtual interface. We're talking about the MIUi 11, the kind we can already test on devices such as the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 or Redmi Note 7.
But that would not mean that phones are being updated on Android 10. Unlike other products, Xiaomi does not integrate new software with the latest version of the program.
Xiaomi Mi 9T is updated to Android 10
An example of this was the Xiaomi Mi 9T, which is how we saw MIUI 11 but so far not Android 10. So far, as we say. The company has just launched an international ROM update for this model worldwide, in addition to the Redmi K20.
This new version brings us MIUI 11 but on Android 10, with more improvements to the system, in addition to better stability and fewer errors. Among those that were resolved was that you prevented from opening notification settings when we were in the section that allowed the use of two apps.
Certain specific problems occurring in India, one of Xiaomi's most relevant markets, have also been fixed. In fact, this fix was also seen on Xiaomi Mi Note 10.
And, as always, it was used to update the security patch for the latest discovery, which is certain to be December 2019.
This update is already available in all models of all countries although, as usual, it will be done in a more sophisticated manner, so if you have one of these models you should wait even a few days to skip it. When it arrives, be sure to backup your data and the battery is over 50% charged.
