The service is called Xiaomi Service+ and allows a user of a mobile or other company device to perform any operation related to the repair of these devices.
The app has a section for buy some parts in case we need to fix one that’s broken. We can too chat with a technician if we have questions like make an appointment in an official store to help us or repair a smartphone.
To use it we will simply have to have a company mobile, an account in Mi.com and know the IMEI of our phone.

As we say, for now this service is only available in India, and we don’t know if it will extend to European markets, but given the large number of company stores, it would be an element differentiator from the competition.
The application is available on the Google Play Store, but it cannot be downloaded from Europe.
