WhatsApp is about to introduce one of the most desired news for all users. Very soon we will be able to see our last connection time to certain contacts that we choose. A must-have new privacy feature that must have arrived a long time ago.
The information comes to us from WABetaInfo, WhatsApp news anticipation experts. Recently, they already gave us information about new features such as message reactions and the redesign of the chat interface.
As you surely know, in the privacy options of WhatsApp we have an option that allows us to display our last connection time. Currently, we can configure this option called “Last time” so that it is displayed to all users, contacts or person. However, it looks like that will change based on the new features discovered by WABetaInfo in a beta version of WhatsApp.
You can choose which contacts to show your last connection to
As it appears in the image shared by WABetaInfo, a fourth call will be added to the three current options “My contacts except …”. By clicking on it we can select the contacts with whom we do not want to share our last connection time on WhatsApp. For the contacts you select, you will also not be able to see their last connection time.
WhatsApp plans to add the option “My contacts except…” for Last visited, Profile picture and About, so you will be able to exclude specific contacts without deactivating the feature! ??
Note: You cannot see the last view of excluded contacts.Availability: in a future update. pic.twitter.com/LWTihboePd

We cannot know when this new WhatsApp feature will be released, but it is likely that it will arrive in a future update. It’s not too difficult a feature to implement, so it should be coming soon.
