During these days, Google Home has begun to gradually activate the new interface of Routines, which now offer two types of routine. On the one hand, we have the routines of family unit (or house routines) and routines Personal.

Until now, we could at most schedule routines at a specific time or at dawn or dusk, but now we can schedule a routine for a device to do something when another device changes state .
For example, we can create a routine that adjust the brightness and color of smart lights when the TV turns onor turn on the entry light when a sensor detects motion or turn off the lights if no motion is detected for 10 minutes.
When creating a routine, we only have to select which device acts as an activator, with which specific action (turn on, turn off, pause a playback), what time of day we want the routine to be efficient and then how certain devices in the house have or should react. Now the possibilities of automating our home are much greater.
