This morning news broke that neither LG nor ZTE will attend the 2020 Mobile World Congress as a coronavirus monitor, which turned out to be true. LG won't, that's guaranteed, though ZTE will be at MWC, keep the delivery of products and technologies organized.
The Wuhan coronavirus, 2019-nCoV, has claimed the lives of 400 people and brought in more than 20,000 people around the world, and is considering cancellation of the aircraft and head to a global event such as the Mobile World Congress. However, Chinese brand ZTE will continue to plan without one: pause your product launch conference.

Verge media collected statements by a ZTE spokeswoman saying that a press conference was set up during the WWC, in particular for technical reasons.
