Resident Evil 3 isn't exactly a casual sightseeing game. But if you take a look around despite the zombie stress and nemesis threat, you can discover some successful innuendo and secrets. We have compiled the ten best Easter Eggs for you.
10th place: In the wrong film
The first half of the game in and around the subway station in particular is full of pop cultural allusions that may allow conclusions to be drawn about the film taste of the development team. Among other things, there are posters for the fictional works “Skull Stalker: Adrift in Space” and “Skull Stalker: On the Red Planet”. These are variations of Ridley Scott's “Alien” and James Cameron's “Terminator”. If you look closely, you will also see what the "Air Combat 1942" poster is all about: It is Capcom's interpretation of "Top Gun", which was directed by Ridley Scott's younger brother. It also alludes to Capcom's Strikers 1945 shoot-up series.
