The mobile phone and broadband provider 1&1 is currently experiencing internet problems in some areas. We will keep you up to date.

The 1&1 Internet is currently causing problems for some customers.

On the evening of April 22nd, 1&1 customers reported problems with their internet connection to our fault reporter. We receive reports from various areas of the Federal Republic, including Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover and Leipzig. Users also have their say on X (formerly Twitter).

The reason for the possible disruption is unclear. However, we assume that the operator is already working on troubleshooting. So be patient and try again later.
