As you know, a few weeks ago it was announced Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, the great Ubisoft title for the end of this year that also will also be released in the new generation of consoles. We say goodbye to a generation in which the French company has always been present.
In his last financial report, Ubisoft has taken advantage of the change in cycle to show off its chest and show off its achievements in recent years. Neither more nor less than 11 of their titles launched from 2013 have overcome the barrier of 10 million copies sold
Certainly, in that list we can see those that have been without any doubt his most successful games in recent years. Only the first Watch Dogs managed to reach the figure of 10 million in his first year of release.
On the other hand, there it is The Division 2, that although it did not exceed the high expectations set by Ubisoft, it's still a game that sold pretty well. These were the words of Yves Guillemot during a meeting with the shareholders in one of his latest financial reports.
Although we were disappointed by the expectations we had with that game, we have seen that it has sold very well and we have obtained significant benefits thanks to it.
In addition, today's report specifies that this delivery has had "a very strong rebound".
All in all, it is undeniable that the company is trying to recover from the bump at the end of last year, mostly caused by Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Because of this he had to to delay three of his next big releases until the end of this year or the beginning of next. Despite the bump, a promising time is coming for Ubisoft.
