The Pokémon world is full of curiosities that you will love, from crazy things you don't know about Ash's Pikechu, to some pretty striking data from Pokémon Gold and Silver. However, only a small group of Pokémon comply the feature that we will see todayspecifically only four of all those who know each other have a palindrome-shaped name.
What does this mean? Well its name can be read from right to left as well as from left to right And, as we had already anticipated, there are not too many Pokémon that meet this requirement, only four so far: Eevee, Ho-Oh, Alomomola and Girafarig. Did you know? To us it has seemed a very curious fact and we are surprised that so few Pokémon with this feature. This "rarity" is probably due to the fact that they have a relatively symmetrical body, like Alomomola, or evolve in a unique way, like Eevee.
We could not affirm with certainty that a Pokémon has a palindrome name to differentiate it from others, although perhaps this is a possible option, especially in cases of Eevee, Ho-Oh and Girafarig, since its design and its anatomical or evolutionary characteristics are really unique and unrepeatable.
