With The One, Philips offers excellent 4K televisions.
Its flagship technology, Ambilight, is included very often and this is clearly one of the brand’s main selling points.
It consists of numerous LEDs placed on the back of the screen (here on three sides) that project the colors onto the wall according to the image on the screen.
This allows you to maximize immersion by making the image appear even larger.
But that’s not the only advantage of this screen!
- It’s already huge. 70 inches is 177 cm diagonally, in short more than the height of an average adult in France.
It features qualitative micro-dimming LED backlighting and 4K UHD definition.
For the video game, it’s really great. Yes, it’s not capable of hitting the holy grail of 120fps, but unless you’re a real competitor (and therefore probably already have sick gear) 60fps is more than enough.
